I didn't receive my order, what can I do?
Products with instant delivery are sent immediately on customer's email, if you don't see your order in the inbox please check your spam. You can also receive your product from the order confirmation page via clicking "click-to-download" button under the keysender tracking number.
Custom username accounts and products without instant delivery are processed with the time frame stated at the product page. If your order has not been delivered within this time, please contact us.
Why can't I verify my outlook number?
Sometimes if you tried too many times to verify your phone number, outlook gives you cooldown which will last 24 hours. After one day you should pass verification, but if you still have problems. Please contact us and we will change email provider of your account.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need to have an account with us. All digital goods are sent on your email, and you can access them without registering at our site.
How should I contact you if I have any queries?
Do you store any typed data?
No, we don't store any data that you can type at our store. Those information are only visible after placing an order with us.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are from 10:00-0:00 CEST time zone which means that during this time frame we can deliver your order within 15 minutes. However, if you placed an order outside of our schedule, we will be able to deliver it within the next 10 hours.
